The Referral Bonus Program is our way of thanking Benore employees for referring new drivers and technicians to join our team. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you easily understand and maximize your benefits!

Bonus Structure:

• For every referred driver or technician successfully hired, you’ll receive $2,500.

• Benore will pay the referral bonus in increments of $500 as the new hire completes continuous employment at the following milestones: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria:

• To be eligible for payment, the referred driver or technician must remain with the company through the week when payments are processed.

• Example: If a referred driver or technician stays for 6 weeks, you receive payments for the 4-week milestone, but no further payments.

Payment Details:

• Referral bonus payments are subject to applicable state taxes on bonus earnings.

Eligibility Requirements / Employee Status:

• All employees are eligible except for temporary employees and the following roles: Managers, Assistant Managers, Talent Acquisition, Safety and Driver Supervisors, and Human Resources.

• You can start referring drivers or technicians from your first day at Benore!

• Benore reserves the right to determine the eligibility of referred applicants.

• Both the referring and referred employees must be actively employed at Benore at the time of the referral bonus payment.

Leave and Returns:

• Employees on leave (including Leave of Absence, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, Administrative Leave) are not eligible for bonus payments.

• Benore will pay the referral bonus to employees returning from leave if they return within six months.

• No payments will be made for employees returning after more than one year from their termination date.

Benore reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this program at any time without notice or approval from program participants.
